Served as Senior Master Scheduler to the Army Global Combat Support System (GCSS-A) program Cutover Team and provided schedule best practice and earned value support to four Functional Leads and their respective members as needed. Created and maintained 40+ Schedules in Microsoft Project 2007 Enterprise Project Management tool (EPM) suite detailing Cutover Activities for 359 logistical sites where SAP solutions were fielded.  Communicated daily status and issued updates to functional teams from Cutover Command Center.  Documented needed changes for activities related to specific functional areas.
